Maintenance & Replacement
How often should I change the cartridge?
We recommend replacing the cartridge every 3 months or after ≈300 litres have been filtered, depending on your usage.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return your order (see return conditions). The product must be in its original condition.
