30 days to try COAL’O

We want to give you the chance to properly test your product.

You therefore have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund under our ‘satisfaction or your money back’ guarantee.

Terms and conditions of the 30-day trial

You may open, install and use a single filter or cartridge.

Any additional filters must remain unopened, unused and sealed.

The product must be returned:

  • complete;
  • with all accessories;
  • unbroken;
  • undamaged;
  • without any deterioration resulting from misuse, impact or a fall.

Normal use for the purpose of testing the product is permitted.

Return costs

Return costs under the ‘30-day money-back guarantee’ are the responsibility of the Customer.

We recommend sending the item by tracked post.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Irrespective of our commercial offer, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to online purchases, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.

Faulty products

If your product is faulty, damaged or does not comply with the description, please contact:

providing your order number and, where relevant, photos or videos of the problem.

Statutory guarantees remain applicable regardless of our 30-day commercial offer.

Refund

Once the return has been checked, the refund will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Under the 30-day promotional offer, the original delivery charges will not be refunded if the request is made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.
